Next-generation RMIS software to help you manage your organization’s risks
The principle of the 100% French, no proprietary code base we have developed for risk management activities is to enable you to implement digital tools quickly and securely for your data. Via visual interfaces that are simple and intuitive to use, parameterization of your software is facilitated and accelerated. This makes it possible to transpose your different management rules. For example, you can integrate different risk maps, each with its own specificities and processes. You’ll have complete autonomy in setting up, adjusting and deleting fields. These fields can be of any type: checklist, text, numeric, attachment, etc. They can be optional, mandatory or conditional. Almost anything is possible when it comes to digitalizing your risk management.
An innovative approach to risk management
Create as many rules, processes and functionalities as you like in your RMIS software.
Integrate as many risk maps as you need. Each with its own specific features. You are autonomous within the solution to easily parameterize risk documentation fields. These can be rapidly created, adjusted and deleted in an intuitive way. The fields to be documented can be proposed in various formats including text, numeric, checklist or attachment format, optional or mandatory. They can be made conditional to suit your organization’s needs.
Control all your risk management data flows
Our Risk Management Information System (RMIS) is simple, intuitive and practical to use. There’s no need for time-consuming training to involve the various stakeholders in your risk management activity. You can call on the various contributors by using functions and processes that can be taken over by your organization’s non-initiated staff: contextualization of actions to be carried out, notifications, alerts, reports, etc.
GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) software can be parameterized to facilitate the implementation of even the most complex processes. It facilitates the collection, exploitation, centralization and restitution of useful information. You’ll reduce time-consuming tasks, while securing your business.
An IRMS for greater cross-functionality and efficiency
Our RMIS foundation can support you, whatever your needs, business or function: risk manager, internal auditor, internal controller or compliance officer. By their very nature, your missions are cross-functional. They require the involvement of a large number of your organization’s staff, as well as the collection, sharing, analysis and consolidation of data flows.
- Accelerate the collection, sharing, analysis, consolidation and restitution of data flows, and make them more reliable
- Enhance collaborative sharing of all risk-related data
- Harmonize operating procedures
Make your RMIS software evolve independently: configure the necessary adjustments to adapt to changes in your organization or regulatory environment.
What does RMIS stand for?
RMIS stands for Risk Management Information System.
Software that collects, stores, analyzes and controls data and activities relating to an organization’s risk management. Defining risk more precisely is a complicated exercise. A wide variety of professions revolve around risk management issues. Each function may deal with a specific aspect. This diversity is also reflected in the main users of the tools on the market.
What's the difference between RMIS and CRM?
RMIS (Risk Management Information Systems) and GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) both represent systems for controlling and managing risk.
As the acronym GRC also refers to a different type of software, today’s preferred acronym is RMIS.
How does RMIS software work?
RMIS software uses data from multiple sources: external sources, data from the organization’s own information system, data entered directly into the tool via specific workflows and management rules.
What activities are covered by RMIS ?
A risk management information system (RMIS) covers a wide range of activities, providing companies with an overview of their risk profile and strategies for effectively managing these risks.
Relying on a RMIS information system means :
- Facilitate the acquisition, consolidation, analysis, synthesis and reporting of risk-related data.
- Promote collaborative information-sharing and cross-functionality between the entities involved in a project (risk mapping, implementation of an internal control process, risk-based auditing, etc.).
- Harmonize practices, documents and reporting.
- Make data reliable, trace exchanges and consolidate and secure information.
Why set up a RMIS?
RMIS software is a real time and performance saver. It frees risk management staff from time-consuming administrative and data consolidation tasks, allowing them to concentrate on analysis. It facilitates delegation. It helps to make rapid, effective strategic decisions, and to deploy prevention and/or optimization measures.
